Предлагаемый проект здания располагается в Тегеране на Vali Asr Ave.
Так как Benetton- это прежде всего яркая сторона жизни, которая меняется, реагируя на внешние изменения мира, здание для него так же должно быть современным и интер-активным.
Основной объем здания - параллелепипед. Площади в нем варьируются за счет атриумных пространств, которые связывают этажи с одинаковыми функциями по верти-кали, и в то же время, разделяют пространство по горизонтали, играя роль перегородок. Параллелепипед закрыт конструкцией, на которую крепятся трубки, составляющие медиа-экран.
Этот экран представляет собой полосы из светодиодов, расположенных на расстоянии друг от друга для того, чтобы освещение помещений оставалось естественным, а так же для создания многослойного объема, привлекающего внимание. Экран может отображать как естественные изменения окружения, посредством вэб камеры, так и изменяться искус-ственно, транслируя фотосессии, фирменную рекламу или просто яркие орнаменты и узоры.
Образ здания сам по себе является символом, отражающим тему одежды: нити и полотно. Яркий складчатый медиаэкран связан с землей посредством канатов с неоновы-ми трубками, продолжающими грани складок, олицетворяет собой своеобразный «пест-рый объем-свитер», связанный из волокон – канатов. Неоновые трубки, закрепленные на них, играют роль уличных фонарей, которые приглашают войти в здание.



Benetton «United reflections»

The proposed project of a building is located in Teheran on Vali Asr Ave. As Benetton is, first of all, a bright side of life, which varies, reacting to changes of the world, the building for it should be modern and interactive.
The basic content of the building – is a parallelepiped. The areas in it vary, using atrium spaces, which vertically connect floors with identical functions, and at the same time, horizontally divide space, playing a role of partitions. The parallelepiped is closed by a construction, on which the tubes, making the media screen, are fastened.
This screen represents strips of light emitting diodes, located on distance from each other, so that illumination of premises remains natural, and also for creation of multilayered volume, attracting attention. The screen can display both natural changes of environment by means of web camera, and changes artificial, broadcasting photosessions, firm advertisement or simply bright ornaments and patterns.

The form of the building in itself is a symbol, showing the theme of clothes: threads and a cloth. The bright folded media screen is connected with the ground by means of ropes with neon tubes, continuing sides of plaits. The screen personifies an original «parti-coloured volume-sweater», knited of fibres – ropes. The neon tubes, fasten on them, play a role of street lamps, which invite to enter the building.
The inner layout is oriented to connection with nature. The abundance of atrium spaces creates a pleasant atmosphere for work and living. Division of office floors by atriums allows to achieve visual increase in space, opening it for air and nature, that together with gardening influences well on ability to work. Besides, mobile partitions, which allow to vary the areas of offices, are used to enclose office areas.
The green floor is created by a principle of cottage village, where cells as houses are situated freely in natural space. Such layout allows, if necessary, to increase the area or number of cells.
Thereby, the building urged to become a bright modern accent, shocking the imagination and changing as quickly, as fashion trends and the world around us.
