Здание будет находиться в Za’abeel park города Дубай. Предлагаемый небоскреб призван стать знаковым элементом района и доминантой парка.
Каждой из стихий, соответствует своя функция:
Первый кристалл, самый большой по площади, представляет собой Театр Воды, предназначенный для водных шоу, цвето-музыкальных фонтанов и концертов на воде.
В него также входит аквариум, совмещенный с зоной отдыха и кальян-баром.
Второй кристалл - Театр земли, - представляет собой сад редких растений и большую природную игровую площадку.
Третий кристалл - Театр огня, - это концертная площадка для лазерных и огненных шоу, а также для всевозможных концертов. Эта часть так же включает в себя 2 комфортабельных кинозала.
Четвертый кристалл - Театр воздуха, - это двухуровневая площадка обозрения, включающая в себя кафе
Двухэтажный подиум, в котором располагаются 3 конференц зала, кафе и детская библиотека, имеет эксплуатируемую озелененную кровлю, защищенную навесом.
The Theatre of Elements
A skyscraper in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates
The project represents a capacious symbolical construction, which numerous points are directly connected with the functional filling, and also with the semantics of its architectural form.
The building is entered in the surrounding environment on the basis of the territory conditions. Its interior space is open to a lake and a park territory, and is turned by the angle to a highway.
The location of the skyscraper is caused by a site situation. The building, as it were, covers the lake, back faced to it.
Because of the peakedness, the skyscraper harmoniously enters in the city building though bringing special novelty in its silhouette.
The image of the building forms from four crystals-images, merging in an uniform ensemble, each of which is a theatre of elements of four main mythological arches: water, earth, fire and sky. Besides, the form of a crystal in itself symbolizes cleanliness, reliability, riches, and also modern collisions of fast-changing modern world.
Each of elements has a corresponding function: The First crystal, the biggest in area, represents the Theatre of water, intended for water shows, light and musical fountains and concerts on water. An aquarium combined with a zone of rest and a hookah-bar also enters into it.
The second crystal - the Theatre of earth, - represents a garden of rare plants and a big natural playground.
The third crystal - the Theatre of fire, - is a stage for laser and fiery shows, and also for every possible concerts. This part also includes 2 comfortable cinema halls.
The fourth crystal - the Theatre of air, - is a two-level observation point including a cafe.
